Nick Khan, WWE President, formally announced that a new behind-the-scenes docuseries about WWE will be produced by Netflix. He made the announcement while attending the Next Level Sports Conference held at the University of Southern California recently.
In our ongoing reporting, we have previously noted that WWE Raw will make its debut on the popular streaming platform in January 2025, as part of the partnership between WWE and Netflix.
Moreover, the existing docuseries titled “Mr. McMahon” on Netflix is currently within the top twenty most viewed shows on the platform. It’s pertinent to mention that the creation of this series was free from direct WWE involvement, and instead was produced by Bill Simmons.
At the moment, details regarding the company’s involvement in the upcoming docuseries remain undisclosed.
