Report: Ivar To Undergo Neck Surgery

Ivar is set to undergo neck surgery following an injury from last week’s Monday Night Raw.
According to Dave Meltzer on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Ivar will be undergoing neck surgery today after suffering an injury that forced his match last week on Monday Night Raw to end prematurely. Dave Meltzer says that with this kind of injury Ivar can be out of action for one year, if not more, depending on the severity.
This week on Monday Night Raw, Ivar’s partner, Erik lost in singles competition in pretty decisive fashion to WWE United States Champion, Bobby Lashley. In the past, Erik has found some solo success in RAW Underground Erik’s wife, Sarah Logan it’s currently pregnant with the couple’s first child so in the very near future, both Viking Raiders may be off of television.
