Report: Former WWE Universal Champion Not In The Plans For SummerSlam
WWE is reportedly trying to make SummerSlam the biggest event of the year, and the company will likely lean on its entire roster in an effort to achieve this goal.
But a new report from Andrew Zarian of the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast and the Wrestling Observer indicates that at least one top star is not in the plans for the show. Zarian states that former WWE Universal Champion Lesnar is not in the plans for the buzzworthy event.
To add to some of the reports Im seeing from good sources like @SeanRossSapp, @JonAlba, and @WrestleVotes
The main event currently for SummerSlam is planned for Cena vs Reigns.
Lesnar was in consideration for this show but I have not heard that it's happening. 1/2

Zarian noted that Lesnar had been considered for the show at one point, but he’s not currently on the card.
Expect Lesnar to return at some point but I personally have not been told he is on the card for sure. I know there were some reports regarding this and it's not accurate.
