Report: Daniel Bryan Signs With AEW, Details On His Deal With The Company
Daniel Bryan has reportedly signed with All Elite Wrestling.
Cassidy Haynes of Bodyslam.net reports that according to a source, the former WWE Champion has signed with AEW, and there are already some plans in place for his debut.
Haynes also notes that working less dates and having the ability to wrestle in Japan were among the things Bryan asked for.
“In addition, I was told that Danielson was wanting to work less dates for comparable money, he wanted the ability to be able to work in Japan, and wanted to have creative input on his character, which he got,” wrote Haynes.
Earlier this week, PWInsider reported that Bryan is not figured into WWE’s merchandising plans moving forward. His WWE conract expired following a Universal Championship match with Roman Reigns on the April 30 episode of SmackDown.
WrestleZone will provide more details as they become available.
