Report: Current WWE Champion Does Not Work WrestleMania 36 Match (SPOILER)

Another WrestleMania 36 match is compromised as one of the participants reportedly did not work the match as it was originally scheduled.
According to a new report from PWInsider.com, multiple sources have confirmed current WWE Smackdown Tag Team Champion The Miz did not work his scheduled Wrestlemania 36 match. As it was previously reported, WWE was set to tape several weeks of television shows at the WWE Performance Center, including both nights of the WrestleMania 36 card.
It was also noted that Miz was in Orlando this week but did not work the tapings; no reason for Miz’s absence was given in the PWInsider report. He and John Morrison were scheduled to defend their titles against The New Day or The Usos. A number one contender’s match between the two teams was scheduled to air on tonight’s new episode of WWE SmackDown.
On a related note, F4WOnline.com‘s Dave Meltzer is reporting he was told The Usos were not happy The Miz was sick, which influenced their cousin Roman Reigns’ decision to remove himself from his WrestleMania 36 match against Goldberg. It was not noted what Miz’s illness was, or if his being sick was due to the coronavirus.
