Braun Strowman is currently “suspended indefinitely” but it appears to be a storyline reason for a real injury.
According to F4WOnline.com‘s Dave Meltzer, Strowman is currently out with a knee injury that occurred at the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view. It’s unclear how long Strowman will miss or the severity of the injury, but he was “suspended” the next night on RAW after headbutting WWE official Adam Pearce.
The current plan sees AJ Styles, Keith Lee, and Matt Riddle facing off on RAW this week for a shot at Drew McIntyre’s WWE Championship at WWE TLC. Meltzer reported Strowman versus McIntyre was the original plan for TLC but the injury caused the company to change course. Earlier in the week it was speculated that the writing team still expected Strowman to be the challenger at TLC but it appears that the injury will keep him sidelined for an undetermined time.
