Andrade wants out of WWE, but it remains to be seen if his request is granted.

Andrade has requested his WWE release, according to a new report from Wrestling Inc. It was noted that the former NXT Champion and United States Champion asked for his release at Monday’s WWE RAW taping. Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp also confirmed the initial report.

It unknown if the request was granted, but Andrade is still listed as a RAW Superstar on the roster page as of now.

Speculation began earlier today after the RAW star trended due to removing all references to WWE from his Twitter account. Formerly known as Andrade Cien Almas in NXT, he has not been used on WWE TV since October. He was reportedly sidelined for a minor procedure and was supposed to return shortly afterward, but hasn’t been used since then.

Andrade first debuted with WWE on the NXT brand in January 2016 and later joined SmackDown (with Zelina Vega) after being moved in that year’s Superstar Shakeup. Prior to WWE, he was known as La Sombra and gained international fame as part of the CMLL roster in Los Ingobernables alongside Rush, Marco Corleone (Mark Jindrak) and La Máscara.

Fans were waiting for a long time to hear the news and WWE confirmed tonight on RAW that next Tuesday(March 16th) tickets to WrestleMania 37 will go on sale to the general public. How hard will it be to get tickets to this highly-anticipated event?

This week WWE RAW had an explosive ending which is definitely a buzzed-about way to end a wrestling show this week. Drew McIntyre and Sheamus went to war in a No Disqualification match following up their hard-hitting contest on last week’s USA Network broadcast. Tonight’s WrestleZone Wrap-Up also looks at the Monday night drama with Randy Orton, AJ Styles, Alexa Bliss, and the new WWE Champion Bobby Lashley.
