WWE is in the midst of a second round of releases. This time, it’s focused on the NXT brand. On Wednesday, the company reportedly released referees Drake Wuertz and Jake Clemons.
In an update, Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Alexander Wolfe and a few other talents have been released.
Wolfe just appeared on WWE NXT on Tuesday night. He was seemingly written off the show when his Imperium stablemates attacked him.

Previously, Wolfe was also a member of the Sanity stable.
Johnson also reports that Skyler Story, also known as Ava Storie, and Eza Judge, a former professional bodybuilder, have been released.
Johnson states that more NXT releases are expected due to “budget cuts.” WrestleZone will have more details as they become available.
