Reginald Gets A Fiery Assist, Stuns Shayna Baszler

Shayna Baszler has never seemed to like Reginald, and despite her tag team partner Nia Jax being friendly with him, she was determined to make him pay for his antics during Monday Night RAW this week. Unfortunately for her, some surprising interference allowed Reginald to walk out with an expected win.

During the match, Reginald tried his best to stay away from Baszler’s hard-hitting attacks, but he couldn’t evade her for long. Baszler was able to drop with a huge DDT on him, and the former NXT Women’s Champion kept working on his weakened knee. She even stomped down on his leg at certain points to send a painful message to the sommelier.

As the match neared its end, Reginald was caught in the Kirifuda Clutch after he missed on an impressive Moonsault. Just as he looked ready to give up in the submission, some fire went off near the ring post. The blast startled Baszler and allowed Reginald to roll up the former champion for the victory. After the match, Jax celebrated with Reginald backstage.
