Giulia’s first appearance on WWE’s NXT Stand & Deliver 2023 marked a significant turning point in her professional wrestling career, taking the wrestling sphere by surprise.
The original plans for Giulia’s in-ring debut with WWE NXT were put on hold following a wrist incident she had last month.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter revealed that the much-awaited arrival of Giulia on the WWE Performance Center stage and her introduction at the NXT Heatwave 2024 event, scheduled for July 7, faced a delay.
Giulia is instead set to continue her mentorship from STARDOM co-founder Rossy Ogawa within the revamped Dream Star Fighting Marigold promotion.
The strategy at present is designed for Giulia to establish herself within the Marigold arena before transitioning on to WWE.
The report quotes, “But she won’t be in Toronto for Heatwave and was always planned to be at the Marigold events this week.”
In addition, Giulia will face off against Saree in the upcoming Marigold Summer Destiny event on July 13.
