In a previous month this year, Kenny Omega, who once held the title of AEW World Champion, underwent a medical procedure to treat diverticulitis – a health issue he has been struggling with since the previous year.
No official word has been given regarding Omega’s potential re-entry into the wrestling ring, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, although it is confirmed that he will make a comeback.
Despite not yet being officially cleared to return to training, it is thought that Omega’s wrestling career is far from reaching its end.
Reports suggest that Omega’s recovery following his surgery is going well and his health condition seems to be improved compared to the pre-surgery stage.
