Recent Pitches Made For Drew McIntyre’s WWE TV Return

Drew McIntyre, who had been dealing with an injury, hasn’t been seen since WWE WrestleMania 39, but that could be changing soon.

McIntyre is reportedly unhappy with recent WWE creative and is also far apart on money with the company for a new deal, as his existing deal expires later this year or early next year.

Pwinsider Elite is reporting that there has been a push within WWE creative to have McIntyre back in time for Money in the Bank on July 1.

The report stated, “We are told there were meetings last week regarding pitches for McIntyre’s return as he hasn’t been seen since WrestleMania 39 and was Drafted to Monday Night Raw in the weeks after.”
