In a recent conversation, WWE professional wrestler Randy Orton projected he’ll maintain his standing as the youngest ever WWE World Champion, a title he won at just 24 years old.
During the SummerSlam event of 2004, Orton won the World Heavyweight Championship, securing the title for 30 days before he succumbed to Triple H at the Unforgiven PPV that same year.
Orton had a candid conversation about his record-breaking achievement on the recent episode of the “Wrestle Binge” podcast. When queried who he believes may surpass his youthful victory, he stated,
“When considering the prospect of another person breaking the record of being the youngest World Heavyweight Champion, I don’t think it’s feasible.
“I believe my win at 24 was a truly unique situation. Presently, I don’t see any contenders who are young enough to accomplish that. Thus, I believe I’ll retain this record for a considerable duration, if not forever.”
Randy Orton has an illustrious career, with four World Heavyweight Championships to his name and has been crowned the WWE Champion ten times. In addition, he is a WWE Grand Slam Champion and a Money in the Bank winner.
