Prince Nana, a known personality in the wrestling world, sees a bright future in Queen Aminata, comparing her potential to the likes of Mercedes Mone and Toni Storm.
In a recent episode of the well-known “Punch-Out” podcast, Nana sang praises for Aminata, identifying her as a rising star in the industry.
The respected AEW manager passionately stated, “There’s the same sense of potential as when I started cooperating with Swerve. We have a friendship, she’s an outstanding performer, and I firmly believe she could reach the echelons of Mercedes Mone and Toni Storm in wrestling. Even without my assistance, she’s capable. She doesn’t require me.”
He followed this up by saying, “However, I sincerely believe that adding her to my team could make a significant difference — at the moment, things are tough with Swerve and there’s plenty to sort out. I’m not keen on juggling too many things, but for Queen Aminata, I’d make an exception. I genuinely think she could be a tremendous star in wrestling, far more prominent than she is currently. I have a lot of admiration for Queen Aminata.”
The upcoming NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship has Mercedes Mone defending her title in a three-way competition against AZM and Mina Shirakawa at NJPW Resurgence 2025, following the unresolved result at NJPW Windy City Riot. The anticipated event is set for May 9 in Ontario, California.
