During a recent episode of the “Battleground” podcast, Mike Santana spoke highly of his return to TNA and shed light on the steps taken by the Anthem-owned entity to maintain the surprise factor of his comeback. Viewers can check out a few excerpts from the podcast as follows:
Speaking about the secrecy of his TNA return, Santana said: “They fetched me from the airport the previous night and I had to stealthily move and be confined to a hotel room for several hours. Yet, it was all thrilling and I feel as if I’m still experiencing that thrill.”
Santana also spoke about the camaraderie at TNA; “The atmosphere there is unmatched. Everyone’s united and safeguards the place. The entire team is on the same wavelength, it’s one big family, and I’m grateful that even after my hiatus, nothing changed. It solidified my belief that if I aim to progress and am willing to wager on my abilities and what I know I need to do to grow, TNA is my preferred destination.”
