In a recent engagement with KTVU FOX 2 San Francisco, Powerhouse Hobbs publicly announced his intent for a second match against the current AEW World Champion, Jon Moxley.
Previously, Moxley was victorious over Hobbs in a title match that took place at AEW Dynamite: Maximum Carnage.
In expressing his longing for a rematch, Hobbs voiced, “I definitely want my rematch against Jon Moxley, the current AEW World Champion. I had a title shot against him in his hometown, Cincinnati. Him and his crew got the best of me. So, I want my title shot.”
During a recent spot on the “Talk Is Jericho” podcast, Marina Shafir unveiled that while Roderick Strong was in training for WWE NXT and they were inhabitants of Florida, she almost ventured into the coffee industry by opening a shop.
This potential business path eventually guided her towards joining WWE NXT.

Discussing her ambitions for a coffee shop, she said, “He was living in Orlando but I was still living in Tampa working. I was working at Buddy Brew Coffee in Tampa, and I worked there through my entire pregnancy, and I’m thinking ‘alright, the world is my oyster. I’m going to own a f**king coffee shop, manage the coffee shop, we’re going to take this coffee industry by storm’ right?”
On WWE’s interest in bringing the MMA Four Horsewomen into NXT, she continued, “Bringing Troy with me to those tapings just to say hi to his dad and then I would leave, but like they wanted us there as the Four Horsewomen, and they still really wanted to do that. So I got the opportunity to work for NXT and I would have been an idiot to say no.”
