Powerhouse Hobbs Set To Face Dante Martin On 9/8 AEW Dynamite, Updated Card

A matchup between potential future champions is set for tonight’s edition of AEW Dynamite.
When appearing on Busted Open Radio, AEW President Tony Khan announced that Powerhouse Hobbs will take on Dante Martin on the 9/8 edition of AEW Dynamite.

Hobbs last competed on last week’s show where he defeated former FTW Champion Brian Cage in his sixth victory in a row. Meanwhile, Martin has compiled a five-bout winning streak.
