Pro wrestler, Powerhouse Hobbs, once known for being aligned with the Don Callis Family in AEW, sustained an injury in April. It is unclear, however, if he still maintains his affiliation with them.
On an episode of “The Kliq” podcast, Hobbs reflected the on the group’s recent achievements and pondered his own association with them.
Inquiring about his standing in the faction, Hobbs revealed,
“Am I? I’m extremely pleased for [Konosuke] Takeshita. Truly joyful for him. I’m elated that this irate, aggressive version of Kyle Fletcher showed up. Hence, I am very proud of these two. I’d rather sometimes just kick back and observe everyone. I keep an eye on all. No one is exempt. If you’re breathing and you hold a full-time contract on that roster — it’s open season.”
In a recent session of “The Hawk’s Nest,” his own podcast, Lance Archer commented on his budding cooperation with Brian Cage, highlighting a mutual interest in collaboration that has been brewing for a while.
Speaking about their partnership, Archer voiced,
“I believe it makes an excellent mix. It’s a pairing we’ve endeavored to materialize a couple of times. We’ve clashed on the independent circuit, but haven’t had an encounter in AEW so far. Despite calling each other out on different occasions, it’s a wild card when you match The Machine and The Monster together, as there’s no telling what could transpire.”
