There has been a recent development in the lawsuit filed by Marvin Jackson over a hearing loss suffered at WrestleMania 38.

Last week, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice, which meant that the case could not be re-filed again within the same court.

According to a report from Pwinsider, Jackson has filed an appeal over the court’s judgment, though the filing didn’t mention the grounds upon which he is basing the appeal.

Jackson’s lawsuit against WWE was seeking over $1,000,000 in relief including all damages, penalties, costs, expenses, prejudgment interest, and attorney’s fees.
