Tommaso Ciampa is looking ripped these days!

Taking to Instagram on Monday, the former WWE NXT World Champion showed off his physique, revealing that he’s at his heaviest weight in a decade. Ciampa captioned the photo with,

“Little post workout check in. This is the heaviest I’ve been in 10 years. But much leaner than I was back then.

I just completed my third meso cycle using the RP Hypertrophy App. Stronger and bigger than ever before. Plus, well fed and incredible recovery. Dialed in.”

As we previously reported here on eWn, Ciampa was backstage at last Monday’s WWE RAW TV tapings in Albany, New York.
