Reporter Phil Mushnick has come forward stating he had previously cautioned the well-known WWE Hall of Famer and infamous convicted offender, Donald Trump, about associating with Vince McMahon.
The paths of McMahon and Trump have been constantly connected ever since the legendary Trump Plaza in New Jersey was selected as the venue for WrestleMania IV and V.
In a recent episode of the unfiltered show, Piers Morgan Uncensored, Mushnick revealed that he had advised Trump to maintain distance from McMahon. He conveyed the following words:
“[Trump] had just overseen the Miss Universe contest. The winner had issues with substances and as a result, she was eliminated. Flaunting his righteousness, he pledged to restore the pageant’s reputation. I got in touch with him and warned, ‘Donald, I possess four boxes ready to be shipped to you, laden with all the FedEx records tracking the delivery of steroids and opioids to McMahon, and the famous wrestlers, including Hulk Hogan, courtesy of (Dr. George) Zahorian. You really don’t want to get entangled in this.’ Guess what his response was – brimming with confidence, he replied, ‘No, don’t stress about it. I plan to donate the money to a charity.’ He was even bold enough to state the amount, ‘Around a million dollars.’ I dared him to make a public spectacle of the donation when he said, ‘I hope to unveil an enormous styrofoam check symbolizing the million-dollar donation. That’s because if you were to really contribute such a generous amount to charitable causes, it would definitely be public knowledge.’”
