Former WWE Superstar Perry Saturn believes his participation in a lawsuit against WWE has severely hurt his chances of a Hall of Fame induction.

Saturn was part of a class action suit against WWE litigated by Konstantine Kyros, who has been involved in several other lawsuits against the promotion.

During a recent signing for “Signed By Superstars,” Saturn expressed skepticism over a potential call from WWE regarding a Hall of Fame induction. He said,

“Sure, if they invited me (I would go into WWE Hall of Fame)… No (I don’t have a great relationship with WWE). I was part of a lawsuit against them. We lost but — from the C.T.E so, I’m sure they won’t be calling me. Vince (McMahon), I got along great with Vince and trouble is when I worked there, I was a bad drug addict.”

”I was bad on drugs so I was — but Paul’s (Triple H) a great guy. I have nothing negative to say about him for sure. He’s awesome and he would help me out anyway he could but at the time, I was un-helpable.”

The lawsuit alleged that WWE improperly dealt with concussed talent. Kyros claimed that Saturn was dealing with “multiple symptoms of repetitive traumatic brain injuries.”

In 2018, US District Judge Vanessa Lynne Bryant dismissed the suit, as it could not be proved that specific concussions that led to long-term effects happened on WWE’s watch.

The 2024 WWE Hall of Fame will take place on Friday, April 5, in Philadelphia, PA. Saturn has his own connection to the city of Brotherly Love due to his tenure with ECW.

During a recent signing event for “Signed By Superstars,” Saturn expressed doubt about receiving a call from WWE regarding a Hall of Fame induction. He stated that he doesn’t have a great relationship with WWE because of his participation in the lawsuit. Saturn also mentioned that he had a history of drug addiction during his time with the company, but he had nothing negative to say about Triple H, who he described as a great guy.

The lawsuit alleged that WWE mishandled concussed talent, and Kyros claimed that Saturn was experiencing multiple symptoms of repetitive traumatic brain injuries. However, in 2018, US District Judge Vanessa Lynne Bryant dismissed the suit, as it couldn’t be proven that specific concussions leading to long-term effects occurred while Saturn was under WWE’s watch.

The 2024 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony is scheduled to take place on April 5 in Philadelphia, PA. Saturn has a connection to the city due to his tenure with ECW (Extreme Championship Wrestling).
