Eddie Kingston has suffered quite a few injuries over the course of his career, and WWE Hall of Famer Bully Ray is concerned that they’re going to catch up with him.

On a recent edition of “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Ray recalled seeing some signs that worried him when Kingston did a run-in on last week’s episode of AEW Dynamite. Ray said,

“I think all these nagging little injuries or major injuries that he’s had over his career, now that he’s getting older, are gonna catch up with him. My genuine concern for Eddie is that over the 20 years of him wrestling, being injured, and never being able to afford the right care and have his injuries taken care of properly. He needs to be careful when he’s in a run-in situation, that his run-in is not featured or highlighted. When I saw Eddie run in… they could have probably done this in a way where Eddie didn’t have to run. At one point, I thought he was gonna fall over.”

Kingston will team up with Best Friends, Orange Cassidy, and The Lucha Bros against Blackpool Combat Club and three other yet-to-be-named stars in the Stadium Stampede match at AEW All In 2023.

In a recent interview with DAZN, Paul Wight expressed his desire to see former UFC Champion Georges St-Pierre transition to the world of pro wrestling.

You can check out some highlights from the interview below:

On wanting GSP in pro wrestling: “I met [George St.Pierre] a few weeks ago and I’d love to see GSP in wrestling. He’s got so much energy and so much personality. Man, I’d love GSP to get involved in wrestling … I think he would be fantastic. He’s already got that great fanbase. You already know that GSP is a fighter and I think he’d have a good time with the showmanship part of it.”

On MMA fighters being a step ahead to find success in wrestling: “The whole thing is making a connection with the audience. The basics of it, anybody can learn the basics of it. If you can walk and chew gum, you can learn the basics.”
