Jon Moxley and MJF sat down at a table in the ring to make their AEW World Title match at All Out official. Via an online petition, MJF gathered thousands of signatures to get fan support for banning Moxley’s finisher, the Paradigm Shift DDT. MJF instantly signed the contract and then berated Jon for his cowardice in not accepting the terms.

MJF also berated Jon for his influences. Friedman claimed that Mox idolized ECW Extremists and Jon Zandig, while he idolized classic wrestlers like Tully Blanchard. Moxley retorted, saying that this match would force him to be creative and think of all the other ways he could hurt MJF. He then signed the contract, but not before saying that nothing MJF says matters and nothing Moxley signs matters because MJF is a dead man at All Out.

However, that wasn’t the end of it. Moxley snuck in one clause to the contract. Next week on Dynamite, Moxley will face MJF’s lawyer, and his finisher will be legal there. If the legal gets out of it, MJF loses his title shot, meaning that it will be a rough night for the public defender next Wednesday.
