SpoilerTV released the overnight preliminary numbers for this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown on FOX.

The overall viewership and ratings were up for last night’s show after last week’s episode saw a drop in numbers.

WWE SmackDown averaged 2.068 million viewers for its overnight audience on May 12, based on 2.088 million viewers for the first hour and 2.048 million viewers for the second hour.

The viewership increased from last week’s show, which drew 1.976 million viewers for the preliminary number.

The final audience for the May 5th show was 2.059 million viewers, hence the preliminary number this week was actually higher than the final viewership for the previous week.

WWE SmackDown averaged a 0.52 rating in the key P18-49 ratings demo. The rating jumped from the overnight number for last week (0.47). For comparison, the final rating last week was 0.52.

WWE SmackDown topped the primetime broadcast ratings on Friday night, with CBS’ Blue Bloods coming in at #1 in terms of viewership (5.198 million).
