The inaugural male WWE Superstar to secure a spot in the 2024 Women’s Money in the Bank ladder match has been revealed, following the main event of WWE Raw’s June 17, 2024 edition.
The coveted qualification was battled out in a thrilling Triple Threat match that pitted Finn Balor, Jey Uso and Rey Mysterio against each other.
The match was not without its fair share of external influences as The Judgment Day interfered, only to be chased away by Braun Strowman, allowing Balor to execute a Coup de Grace on Mysterio. However, Uso retaliated with a super splash on both opponents. Main Event Jey Uso took advantage of the situation, pinning Balor, thus cementing his place in the unique ladder match.
While WWE has been tight-lipped about the rest of the qualifiers for the remaining five spots in the landmark ladder match this year, it’s been confirmed that the next week will witness a qualifier between Braun Strowman, Chad Gable and Bronson Reed.
