Regarding the impact Mercedes Mone has created in the women’s division: “The magnitude of her presence in our division has simply been extraordinary. She fetches much more focus, admirers, and enthusiasts to our division… To observe her and Willow just go all out – what they accomplished at Double or Nothing was just awe-inspiring. I think it validated not only her in our eyes, but also in her own, which is oftentimes more crucial.”
In reference to criticisms from fans towards Mone: “In my eyes, Mercedes has experienced it all. There’s no way of downplaying someone in this scenario, only uplifting them, and I — just — can’t digest the madness the internet sometimes manifests! Just can’t!”
