Oba Femi has expressed an overwhelming sense of pride over the NXT North American Title match that featured him alongside Josh Briggs and Dijak during the WWE NXT: Stand & Deliver 2024 pay-per-view event. Femi shared his feelings on “The A Show” podcast, jokingly referring to the bout as a “10 star match.”
Femi detailed his WWE NXT: Stand & Deliver 2024 match, even with the lack of buildup or history leading into it. He hailed it as a standalone match that could have shaped into a good storyline given proper time. Besides, Femi considered the triple threat at Battleground [2024] as his most educational experience so far, pointing out that it was during this match he learned how a crowd’s energy ebbs and flows.
In a separate interview with McKenzie Mitchell, Natalya, a fellow wrestler, discussed how she attempts to honor the Hart family legacy every time she steps into the ring. She expressed her dedication to keeping her family’s memory alive in her performances and particularly through her gear. Natalya also mentioned the significant people she thinks about during her matches, including Owen, her father, Brett, Davey, Dynamite Kid, her grandfather Stu Hart, and even Tyson Kidd for the path he paved and the inspiration he provided.
