NXT UK Results (2/6/20): Steel Corners Street Fight, Pretty Deadly In Action
Tom Phillips and Aiden English are ready to call the action for another night of NXT UK. Here’s what took place on today’s episode.
- Trent Seven and Eddie Dennis arrive at the building for their main event Steel Corners Street Fight, a No DQ variant with all the turnbuckles ripped from the ring.
- Piper Niven takes on Dani Luna in our first match. Luna gets some offense in, but Piper overpowers her at every turn, hitting a Michinoku Driver for the three count.

- Backstage, Gallus challenged Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan to pick a fight with them, no door knocking required. Elsewhere, new NXT Cruiserweight Champion Jordan Devlin claims he’s the best sports entertainer in the world under 205 pounds.
- Tyler Bate takes on A-Kid in our second match. Plenty of back and forth grappling here, but Bate comes out on top with the Tyler Driver 97.

- After the match, Joseph Conners cuts a promo on Tyler already in the ring. He remembers his first UK Championship win and feels he hasn’t had the same opportunities as “Mr. Takeover.” Elsewhere backstage, Dave Mastiff is on the hunt for WALTER after last week’s main event staredown.
- Recent NXT UK signees Pretty Deadly head into action against Oliver Carter and Ashton Smith. Carter and Smith get the victory, but Deadly attack their opponents after the match, hitting Smith with a gutbuster.

- Kay Lee Ray cuts a promo in the ring concerning her NXT UK Women’s Championship. She claims that she understands Toni’s feelings when she was champion, and now she never wants to let it go. Toni comes out and claims that Kay Lee stole the title from her at TakeOver, and challenges her to an I Quit match for the title. Kay Lee accepts.

Finally, our main event. a match worthy of the name. Trent Seven and Eddie Dennis beat each other all over the arena, taking advantage of the exposed turnbuckles. Trent Seven Irish whips Dennis into the corner twice before winning with a Burning Hammer. Well worth seeking out this one.
