NXT Reportedly ‘Very Close’ To Switching To Tuesday Nights

The Wednesday Night War could be coming to an end.
As first reported by the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast, and confirmed by the Wrestling Observer, WWE is looking to move NXT to Tuesday nights. The move is said to not be finalized just yet but is in its final stages. It’s been heavily talked about during the past week and the plan is that the move could begin after WrestleMania this year on April 13. Almost all key NXT personnel haven’t been told of the move, though.
That would put NXT up against AEW Dark and IMPACT Wrestling, but it would clearly be the marquee show on Tuesdays. All Elite Wrestling Dynamite has regularly defeated NXT in both viewership and demo ratings as they’ve gone head-to-head.
