NXT North American Title Match Made Official For Next Week

Bronson Reed will get his shot at the NXT North American Title next week. During the opening bout between Karrion Kross and Austin Theory, the black and gold brand made the announcement that Gargano and Reed will go one-on-one in seven days. The timing of the announcement was appropriate enough as Theory took the loss to Kross and he also took the loss to Reed in order to earn his shot at Gargano’s belt.

A little later on in the evenin, Gargano barged in to Regal’s office to express his displeasure for the decision, but the GM wasn’t planning on budging and told Johnny not to plan on touching his brass knuckles sitting on his desk.

Leon Ruff Disobeys William Regal & Submits To Pete Dunne

Leon Ruff wanted a match tonight and he sure got one with the joint manipulator. Pete Dunne was quick to stake his bid for the NXT World Title before issuing an open challenge to the locker room in which Ruff eventually answered, going against General Manager William Regal’s wishes. Ruff stormed into Regal’s office and demanded competition for tonight, but Regal declined his wishes due to the brutal falls count anywhere match he had with Isaiah Scott last week.

Ruff sure paid for in as Dunne beat the already hindered competitor which led to the referee stopping the match. The Bruiserweight went the extra mile in malice as he continued to torque the digits of Leon post-victory.
