NXT Injury Report: Updates On Danny Burch, Finn Balor, And Santos Escobar

After a violent edition of NXT on Wednesday, we have quite a few NXT stars banged up. Thankfully, the NXT Injury Report gave updates on several of the yellow brand’s biggest stars.
As for NXT Champion Finn Balor, who was assaulted by his future title challenger and tag partner for the night Karrion Kross, he suffered “various injuries.” However, he’s medically cleared and will be 100% for NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.
Meanwhile, NXT Tag Team Champ Danny Burch is said to have likely suffered a separated shoulder in the main event. He’ll be further evaluated and is expected to be “out of action for a while” if the shoulder was separated.
Finally, NXT Cruiserweight Champion Santos Escobar has a tongue laceration stemming from his confrontation with fellow cruiserweight titleholder Jordan Devlin. He’s said to be “day-to-day” and will be fully cleared by next week.
