Welcome to a fresh eWrestlingNews Debate of the Day!

This evening, we’re again seeing AEW and WWE clashing head-to-head. Last night’s NXT has been shifted to tonight, making it a direct rival with Dynamite.

Each show has some intriguing programs worth your time. Tonight’s AEW features a follow-up on Bobby Lashley’s debut, the next chapter in Christian Cage and Hook’s saga, a duel between Penelope Ford and Jamie Hayter, the intriguing Fight Without Honor, Ricochet and a concealed partner wrestling Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita, and other highlights. The NXT event is streaming from the ECW Arena featuring guest appearances from Bubba Ray Dudley, RVD, and Dawn Marie, a fierce contest between Lola Vice and Jaida Parker, a match between Je’Von Evans and Wes Lee, and a 10-woman tag team match headlined by TNA’s Jordynne Grace.

Today, I’m asking “Among these two shows, which one will you be tuned into tonight, or are you planning to watch both simultaneously?”

Kindly share your opinions in the comment section below.

As for my personal view…

Those who visit this site regularly probably know what I’m about to say, but I’ll share it anyway. My priority tonight will be NXT coverage, so as not to miss any details while updating you all on the events. However, it’s likely that I’ll also be screening Dynamite on my computer to spot any significant happenings worthy of news feed updates or to fill in the commercial breaks.

If there were no obligation for a coverage, I might contemplate spending more time on AEW tonight, particularly when it comes to the in-ring action. The Fight Without Honor match intrigues me the most among both shows, followed by the 10-woman tag, and then, Ricochet and presumably Will Ospreay against Fletcher and Takeshita.

As for Vice/Parker’s hardcore match – I don’t expect anything extraordinary. Hayter/Ford doesn’t particularly interest me either. However, if I had to opt between these two opposing events, I’d choose the NXT match. I’ve already witnessed Cole/Black and can’t see this revisiting matching the earlier excitement. If it clashed with Evans/Lee, my choice would swing to NXT.

My predictions point at both events being roughly on par with each other. I doubt either of them will score as the year’s most spectacular event, but I’m also positive that neither will be a disappointment. Both promise solid 2-hour slots, and I hope to potentially view both simultaneously.
