NWA Powerrr Results (8/31/21): TV Title Match, Tag Team Tournament Begins

On Tuesday, the National Wrestling Alliance presented the first episode of NWA Powerrr since its EmPowerrr/NWA 73 two-day stretch this past weekend.

This show featured an appearance from new NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Trevor Murdoch. In the main event, Tyrus retained the NWA World Television Championship against BLK Jeez.

  • NWA World Women’s Champion Kamille cut a promo in which she called out company president Billy Corgan.
  • In a promo, new NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Trevor Murdoch discussed his championship victory at NWA 73.
  • In another promo, Da Pope, Jax Dane and Colby Corino talked about their victory in the NWA Champions Series
  • Kiera Hogan defeated Skye Blue
  • Taryn Terrell, Jennacide and Paola Blaze confront the new NWA Women’s Tag Team Champions The Hex (Allysin Kay and Marti Belle.) La Rebelion, the new NWA World Tag Team Champions, crash the party and find out there will be a tournament to crown their first challengers.
  • The Rude Dudes (Nick Stanley & El Rudo) defeated The Ill Begotten (Captain Yuma & Rush Freeman) in a NWA Tag Team Tournament Qualifying Match
  • La Rebellion vowed to take the NWA World Tag Team Championship to Mexico following their victory at NWA 73.
  • NWA National Chris Adonis, alongside Melina, cuts a promo. James Mitchell, the man Adonis beat a NWA 73, and Judais, who won a battle royal to earn a shot at the title on Sunday, confront Adonis.
  • Kenzie Paige defeated Chelsea Green
  • NWA World Television Championship: Tyrus (c) defeated BLK Jeez to retain the title
