NWA Powerrr Results (6/29/21): Kylie Rae vs. Melina, ‘Champions Series’ Announced

This week on NWA Powerrr, Tyrus continued to target Da Pope and Melina faced Kylie Rae. Plus, JTG, Chris Adonis and the Mystery Man spoke their minds.

Results:

  • In an announcement, Joe Galli states that the Champions Series will begin on July 13.
  • Jennacide defeated Lady Frost
  • While Sal Rinauro hyped up his NWA World Television Championship match with Da Pope, Colby Corino attacked him.
  • Austin Idol, speaking for Tyrus, makde it clear that the big man still has his sights set on Da Pope’s title. Though the champion was ready to fight, Idol stopped Tyrus from engaging with him.
  • Aron Stevens and Kratos, the NWA World Tag Team Champions, were on opposite sides of a six-man tag team match with Captain YUMA &Mims and Luke & PJ Hawx, respectively. La Rebelion stopped the match by coming to the arena to talk.
  • In a promo segment, Jax Dane and Crimson were not on the same page, and their alliance is seemingly strained.
  • Chris Adonis verbally faced off with JTG, the man he’ll face for the vacant NWA National Championship next week. Thom Latimer was by Adonis’ side, and Fred Rosser gave JTG some backup.
  • The Masked Man stated his intention to become a champion in the NWA.
  • Thundr Rosa cut a promo and said she wouldn’t be at ringside for Melina’s match with Kylie Rae.
  • Kylie Rae defeated Melina

It appears that @mechvwolf and @Bestia666tj are unimpressed with the level of tag team competition in the NWA!
