Ric Flair, the iconic wrestling figure, previously conveyed that he wouldn’t be able to participate in WWE Wrestlemania 41 due to his obligation with AEW.
However, this assertion may not hold accuracy.
According to reports from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Flair’s contract seems to be primarily tied to a sponsorship agreement for his Whooo! energy drink.
Flair committed to a two-year arrangement at the end of 2023. The deal is labelled as “not very restrictive,” implying that if he desired to join forces with his daughter, Charlotte Flair, in WWE, it could be a viable option.
Flair hasn’t been featured in an AEW event since the 2024 Revolution, and future appearances appear doubtful. As it stands, there’s no roadmap in place for Flair to make an appearance on AEW television.
