NJPW G1 Climax 31 Schedule (9/18-10/21) All Tournament Matches & Start Times
New Japan Pro Wrestling will present the 31st G1 Climax Tournament from Sept. 18th through Oct. 21st. The round robin tournament will consist of 20 participants, spread over two blocks. NJPW announced the following participants on Sept. 5th:

- IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Shingo Takagi
- IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champion Zack Sabre Jr.
- NEVER Openweight 6-man Tag Champion Tomohiro Ishii
- Kota Ibushi
- Tetsuya Naito
- Toru Yano
- Yujiro Takahashi
- KENTA
- Tanga Loa
- Great-O-Khan
B Block
- IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion Hiroshi Tanahashi
- IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champion Taichi
- NEVER Openweight 6-man Tag Champion YOSHI-HASHI
- NEVER Openweight 6-man Tag Champion Hirooki Goto
- Kazuchika Okada
- SANADA
- Jeff Cobb
- EVIL

The tournament will take place over 19 shows. Each of which will feature both Japanese and English commentary. The last two nights of block competition do not currently have finalized match orders, as those will be determined by the block standings as of Oct. 18th and 20th respectively.
