The NJPW Best of the Super Juniors tournament has a rich legacy and storied history within the world of professional wrestling, that features the best of light heavyweights from New Japan and around the world.
Notable winners of the tournament include legendary performers such as Jushin Thunder Liger, Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero, Prince Devitt (Finn Balor), Will Ospreay, and Hiromu Takahashi, among others.
New Japan Pro-Wrestling held Nights Nine & Ten of its Best of Super Juniors 30 event on May 23 & May 24 from Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium, Stadium 2 (Edion Arena Osaka) in Osaka, Japan.

Besides tournament matches, Bullet Club, United Empire and more were also in action at the show:

Besides tournament matches, A Block’s topper Mike Bailey was in action, and Titan, who defeated his partner Hiromu Takahashi on Night Nine to advance to the semi-finals, also teamed up with him in tag-team action.
Here’s the updated standings as the round-robin stage has come to close:
NJPW BOSJ A Block
While Mike Bailey qualified top of the block, a three-way tie between Titan, IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi and Lio Rush saw Titan advance on head-to-head basis.
NJPW BOSJ B Block
From the B Block, El Desperado and Master Wato qualified for the semi-finals.
The semi-finals take place on Friday at Yoyogi 2nd Gymnasium with the winners advancing to the final this Sunday at Ota Ward City Gymnasium.
