Nikki Bella has officially begun concluding her divorce proceedings from her former spouse, Artem Chigvintsev. The settlement comprises significant financial benefits skewed in his favor.
Based on court papers accessed via TMZ, the ex-WWE superstar has consented to pay Artem a monthly child support sum of ,500 for their child, Matteo. Nikki will be making two distinct payments that add up to 0,000, with part payment of 0,000 due immediately while the remaining 0,000 is slated for later within the year.
The papers go on to reveal that Nikki will bear the entire expense of Matteo’s speech therapy sessions. Nonetheless, costs linked to Matteo’s outside-school activities will be evenly shared by the ex-couple.
Concerning the distribution of assets, Nikki will retain fully all trusts registered under her name. This includes Stephanie Nicole Garcia Entertainment and Bonita.
Regarding matters of custody, Matteo will alternate major holiday celebrations on an annual basis between Nikki and Artem.
The finalized agreement follows a period of serious conflict during their relationship. In August 2024, Artem was taken into custody after an alleged instance of domestic violence involving Nikki, who later went on to file a restraining order against him. Artem, however, fired back with counterclaims, stating Nikki was the initiator and the accusations were concocted.
Even though Nikki and Artem reached a mutual agreement on their settlement terms in November 2024, it took a while before the judge officially approved the agreement.
