Nick Hogan, the son of legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan, has been legally penalized in connection to his drunk-driving arrest in the latter part of 2023.
We highlighted in a previous article that Hogan decided to change his plea in the case and accepted guilt for breaching Florida’s Move Over Act.
In a recent court session, Hogan received a sentence of one-year probation, which includes an alcohol monitoring system for the initial 120 days. A fine of ,000 was also handed down and he must complete a 12-hour Advanced Driving Instruction training. Once accomplished, his driving license will not be revoked.
Hogan expressed his remorse to the Clearwater Police Department and the court. After serving half of his probation period, he can request for a probation discharge.
