Nic Nemeth is able to bring something special to every promotion he works for in his career, according to fellow WWE alum Matt Hardy.

After close to two decades under contract, Nemeth (fka Dolph Ziggler) was released from WWE last September and has since worked for several promotions.

On a recent edition of his “The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy” podcast, Matt Hardy praised the efforts of the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He said,

“I think Nic Nemeth adds something to wherever he goes,” Hardy said. “First and foremost, this is kind of his first dance, really, with being outside of [WWE]. [That means] having to fight for everything you get, but there is a great life to be made out there if you work hard and you bust your ass, especially if you have the TV time of a WWE behind you. And Nic has obviously had that — he was there for 18 [or] 19 years.”

Nemeth has since joined TNA Wrestling and has also competed for New Japan, where he is a former IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion and is the reigning AAA Mega Champion.

Matt Hardy recently returned to TNA Wrestling but has made it clear that he is not under contract and is currently exploring his options.
