Nic Nemeth has expressed his viewpoints on TNA Wrestling, saying that he sees it as the perfect equilibrium between AEW and WWE in terms of narrative techniques. In a recent interaction with “RG Bros Entertainment,” he spoke extensively about the issues TNA faces among other topics.
The conversation’s key points can be summarized as follows:
Regarding the problems TNA is grappling with, Nemeth stated, “The real challenge lies in spreading awareness. From time to time, followers express their fondness for Impact, the pay-per-views, and the work we’ve been doing. Then, one of them will ask, ‘I track your activities on social media, I’ve viewed all your performances, are you still into wrestling?’ This really bums me out. I always insist that they tune in to AXS TV, follow us on Youtube, explore the TNA+ app and try to watch the show. I can guarantee that if you have a liking for wrestling, you’ll be completely engrossed because we’ve got the platform, the narratives, and top-tier talent.”
Discussing the storytelling approach of TNA, Nemeth mentioned, “AEW has often been criticized for being too hasty, whereas WWE is considered to be dragging things in an overly predictable way. We are that sweet spot in the middle. Our viewers are always in for an unpredictable roller coaster ride. They could foresee the gradual unfolding of a plot, yet be completely unaware of what lies next. They won’t have the slightest clue about who will appear next, who will be contesting for the title, who will interfere in my match against Joe Hendry in the Genesis’s main event.”
