Dolph Ziggler of WWE, also known as Nic Nemeth, recently voiced his opinion that MVP’s new group formation in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) has potential to resemble WWE’s The Bloodline.
During the latest AEW Dynamite episode, MVP brought in Shelton Benjamin as the leader of his so-called “grievance committee”. Apart from Benjamin, he has shown interest in aligning with Mercedes Mone and Swerve Strickland, and Bobby Lashley is rumored to be making his AEW debut to connect with the group.
In an interview on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast, Nemeth shed light on what he thinks could be the outcome of MVP’s new formation. He asserted, “[MVP’s new AEW group] could be a version of the Bloodline, of just totally dominating but having excellent stories and delivering fantastic interviews and promos, and then substantiating it with exceptional performance.”
He also added, “This group formation could have something very distinct. It could be the fresh element that distinguishes them.”
The newly-formed group has not yet been officially named, but a trademark application for “The Hurt Syndicate” was recently submitted to the USPTO.
