Nia Jax managed to effectively protect her WWE Women’s Championship during the WWE Bad Blood 2024. However, she almost lost her grip on the title during the match.

The Ring’s queen was pitted against a fearless Bayley. Despite Bayley’s dynamic approach and intermittent triumphs, Jax maintained a slight upper hand thanks to her size and strength making it difficult for Bayley to surpass.

Adding to the drama, Tiffany Stratton, carrying her Money in the Bank briefcase, rushed to the ring, prepared to cash in, when the referee Jessika Carr was momentarily out. Had Jax not regained her senses in time to catch Stratton in the act, intimidating her into withdrawing the cash-in bid before it was officially announced, Stratton could likely have profited from the vulnerable state of the defending champion and challenger. Instead, Stratton confined herself to the sidelines, even playing a part in distracting Bayley, enabling Jax to land a Samoan Drop for her win.

The contest ended with Jax exiting the arena, bitterness painted on her face, evidently annoyed at Stratton’s failed attempt at seizing her title.
