On a recent episode of the smack “Busted Open After Dark” podcast, Jaida Parker, a rising star in WWE NXT, shared her nerves and anxiety before the live NXT recording at the iconic 2300 Arena. Parker added that she had done her homework on ECW’s long-standing reputation before stepping onto the battleground.

A victorious match saw Parker overcome Lola Vice during the NXT recording session.

Speaking about her anxiety, Parker stated, “It’s true what they say about fear making you [shit] the bed. That’s precisely how I felt. I didn’t want to disrespect the legendary brand that ECW represents in any way. As a newcomer into their intense, hardcore ecosystem, the pressure of living up to their standards was enormous. I realized there’s more to it than just an intense match; it was ECW.”

On a recent WWE SmackDown installment, Byron Saxton spoke to Bianca Belair and Naomi, querying their views on the suspect behind last month’s attack on Jade Cargill.

Naomi revealed a lineup of potential suspects including the reigning WWE Women’s Champion, Nia Jax. Jax later touched upon a viewer’s question about the assault, candidly denying any involvement in the incident on social media.

Jax addressed the claims saying, “Pssshhh. I didn’t lay a hand on her. She probably knocked herself out, likely on another exotic getaway somewhere.”

Lola Vice tweeted out a message to Jaida Parker, supposedly in anticipation of their NXT Underground Match, scheduled for tonight’s WWE NXT Deadline 2024 pay-per-view event. The intriguing tweet contained a video clip, which can be viewed below:
