Next NXT TakeOver Date Revealed, Currently Reported Plans
As expected, the next NXT TakeOver will go down during WrestleMania week and it may be broadcasted differently than any of it’s previous iterations, PWInsider reports.
Mike Johnson is confirming that TakeOver will commence on April 8, the Thursday before WrestleMania 37 and just like it’s big sister, the event may be over the course of two days. As of now, th reported plans would be to air part one of the show Wednesday evening on USA Network and then part two would occur on the WWE Network Thursday night. PWInsider also does note that with a month to go, these plans could change.
NXT’s most recent TakeOver was Vengeance Day and was well received by the majority of the wrestling audience as it had major storyline developments with Adam Cole turning on fellow Undisputed Era member Kyle O’Reilly.
