Fightful Select reports that Cody Rhodes was spotted wearing his wrist guard two weeks ago at the premiere of his new Peacock documentary, “American Nightmare: Becoming Cody Rhodes.” Cody faces Brock Lesnar this Saturday at WWE SummerSlam 2023.

Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch will have a singles match on the August 14th edition of WWE RAW in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. When announcing the match earlier this Monday, Adam Pearce noted that Stratus will have home field advantage.

Taking to Twitter, Stratus disagreed with the idea and noted that just because she hails from Canada doesn’t mean she is from Winnipeg. She wrote,

“Checking to see if I’m even available on the 14th… And @ScrapDaddyAP, Winnipeg is NOT a home field advantage. I’m from Toronto, you idiot.”

WWE is holding tryouts this week in Detroit, Michigan ahead of SummerSlam. Pwinsider has shared some details on the tryouts which kicked off today for potential WWE prospects at the Garden Theater.

WWE NXT’s Matt Bloom, Jeremy Borash, Steve Corino, Trick Williams, Ryan Katz, Lash Legend, and Malik Blade were reportedly in attendance for the tryouts. Zoey Stark and Grayson Waller were also in attendance.
