New WWE NXT Women’s Champion Crowned – Details

Tiffany Stratton is your new NXT Women’s Champion.

At Sunday night’s WWE NXT Battleground 2023 pay-per-view event, Stratton defeated Lyra Valkyria in the finals of a tournament to crown a new NXT Women’s Champion after Indi Hartwell was called up to the main roster during the WWE Draft and was forced to vacate the title.

Over the course of the past few weeks, Stratton defeated Gigi Dolin and Roxanne Perez in the tournament to make it to the finals. Meanwhile, Valkyra defeated Kiana James and Cora Jade to advance.

This marks Stratton’s first reign with the NXT Women’s Championship.
