New Segments Announced For WWE SmackDown, Samantha Irvin News

WWE has announced several new segments for this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, including an appearance by Jey Uso.

Additionally, Charlotte Flair, Asuka, and Bianca Belair will be appearing as the road to their SummerSlam 2023 Triple Threat match continues.

In other news, WWE ring announcer Samantha Irvin recently appeared on the “Busted Open Radio” podcast to discuss a variety of topics, including who her favorites are to announce. She said,

“This is random, but the first person that comes to my mind is Butch. That’s the first person that I’m just like, ‘Oh, Butch has a match? Oh okay, it’s about to be crazy tonight’.. I think because from the minute he comes out until he leaves, he is locked in. His eyes are locked in. Physically, he’s locked in.”

She continued, “[joking] Well, you know they keep couples together, so they had to keep me and GUNTHER together. That’s what I’m telling people. I love Imperium, and also the whole thing with [saying Ludwig Kaiser’s name] and how it all sounds.”
