The MLW’s ‘Summer of the Beasts’ event will feature quarterfinal matches of the Opera Cup, taking place at the Melrose Ballroom in New York City on August 29th. The first three matches announced are:
Opera Cup Quarterfinal: KENTA vs. Akira
Opera Cup Quarterfinal: Atlantis Jr. vs. Mistico OR Magnus
* Opera Cup Quarterfinal Match: Davey Boy Smith Jr. vs. Tom Lawlor
Additionally, Mike Bailey vs. AKIRA will headline Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport XI event, taking place on July 28th in Brooklyn, New York.
